Advertising the private business these days is a difficult task. The vast digital marketing budgets by commercial companies cause to small and home businesses disappear in the search results on the Internet and sometimes even cause them to cease to exist

A dedicated platform for home businesses owners where they can advertise their business without sponsored promotion, and supporters of local production will get to support these home local businesses wherever they travel

Several applications are used for advertising businesses but none directly and solidly help small and home businesses

To obtain the most accurate results to establish the Lobiz platform, I interviewed home business owners and local consumers. The interviews were face-to-face, on Zoom, and through a Google Forms survey

The types of personas were divided into two groups, customers and business owners, based on the information collected in the preliminary research

As part of building the final product, there is a need to understand user behavior based on the preliminary studies and the information collected so far
